The sight of the river Rhine - from its varendah
Absolutely not disabled person friendly, or friendly towards the elderly. Over rated. No lift. Small, rickety stairs that spiral up and up and up. What a pain of a place!!

the hotel's position was beautiful and particularly good, not far from other restaurants close by and the riverbank. it also was right across from the rhine river.

The staff was very friendly and spoke English well! Also they are dog friendly and very helpful.. The deluxe room was nice and different from what we are use to. Also very quiet ! The bathroom was very nice and in it's own room and the shower and jacuzzi tub was nice! The breakfast was awesome and very native!
Very pricey and not much to do other than look at Rhine river. They charged us for breakfast even tho online it said it was included. The view of the rhine river was blocked by trees .

The room was small but comfortable. The bathroom excellent and completely renovated.
I had a room outside of the main building. The noise from the heavy traffic on the street in front of the hotel was intolerable. Prepare to sleep with earplugs. They charged me 10 euro for 24 h of internet !The wines they serve are excellent, the food is quite medicocre although they like to serve it as if they have 2 Michelin stars!I Reserved for 5 days but when I told the manager I had to leave after 3 days he made me pay for 5 days. I received a voucher for a free night. Of course, I will never return there.

The hotel had secure bike storage, which was helpful as I was on a cycling trip. The staff were professional and assisted me with everything I needed during my stay. the location was convenient for me as it was close to the main train station and several shops and restaurants.
My room was on the ground floor and next to a noisy recycling area. This made it difficult to sleep at times.
